Dan Elggren Chats with TTH in Leipzig
Aug 21, 2008 ~ Interviews
Seated in the back of one of the Stargate Worlds Humvees, winding their way past the train station in Leipzig, Dan Elggren and John Hoskin of TenTonHammer.com had a great chat about Stargate Worlds beta and other topics. Watch this informative video at TenTonHammer.com!
From TenTonHammer.com:
When we first heard that Stargate Worlds had hired a convoy of Humvees within which to conduct their on-site interviews at Leipzig, our first reaction was to think that floor space on the event grounds might have been exponentially cheaper. It turns out that Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment (CME) / Firesky does indeed have a booth at Nintendo's old digs in the downtown train station, and - environmentalists and fuel conservationists can relax - these Hummers run on natural gas.
But it wasn't just for show, the Stargate Worlds team is getting very serious about beta. Studio Lead Dan Elggren offered his insight into the progress the team is making with the game and even drops a concrete hint as to when CME will start inviting players to closed beta. Hint: it's sooner than you think, so if you're intrigued by Stargate Worlds, first watch the 7-minute video and then sign up for beta at www.stargateworlds.com if you haven't done so already!
