SGWirc is looking for two new members to join the amazing support team on the irc network. Basic knowledge of how IRC works is required, but more can be taught on top of that. It involves giving a few voluntary hours a day to sit and talk on the SGWirc network, and if people have any issues you are to help them resolve.
The job involves:
Helping new users register their nickname.
Helping new users auth (identify) to the services.
Helping new users register channels for their SGW related channels.
Being involved in staff discussions and giving your input.
