| Atlantis canceled, franchise still going strong - Wright |

| Gateworld talked with Brad Wright, co-creator /producer of SG-1 and Atlantis, for a bit of a 'debriefing' after the announcement that Atlantis has been canceled. Wright is extremely optimistic that the franchise will continue to thrive in the new series(Stargate Universe), movies and of course Stargate Worlds. |
On the subject of SGW, Wright had this to say:
"The Stargate universe is "a place in which to tell stories. And that's why there is going to be a game, because that game sees that potential -- the game makers see that potential."
